They lived in harmony and peace. Soon the couple got three beautiful children, and laughter and fun never ceased in their house.

Toshiyuki and Yasuko saved up some money and wanted to fulfill their dream. They dreamed for a long time about traveling all over Japan. But, unfortunately, something terrible happened…
In 1986, Yasuko began to rapidly lose her sight. The doctors threw up their hands and could not do anything. After a while, the woman became completely blind. It was a real blow. Her whole life collapsed in an instant!
No wonder Yasuko was mentally broken. She fell into a depression, and nothing pleased her. Toshiyaki made an effort to comfort the poor woman. But Yasuko became more and more withdrawn into herself and turned into a real recluse.
One spring, Toshiyuki sat thoughtfully at the window. Here he started. His attention was attracted by people who were looking for something on his site. It turns out that they were attracted by pink flowers that stood out against the background of the still faded earth.
Then it dawned on the man! He decided to plant the entire area around the house with these flowers. If the wife refuses to go outside and communicate with people, then let the people themselves come to their house! They definitely can not pass by such beauty.
2 years Toshiyuki implemented his idea. He redecorated the area around the house. He dug channels for water, poured earth around and planted everything with phlox.
