The married 61-year-old grandmother of six Linda Jaeger regularly delights passers-by on the streets and makes men turn their necks. She attracts attention not only with her six-pack abs but also with solid biceps, which amaze even the stronger sex.
Linda from Canada started going to the gym in her thirties and says that participating in bodybuilding competitions has helped her build her confidence. The woman works as a medical office administrator and moonlights as a coach, but the only thing she wanted all her life was to become stronger.
From 20 to 30 years old, the Englishwoman did not dare to go to the gym, but in the end she took a step toward her dream and did not regret it. Linda became interested in bodybuilding, and it became her life’s work. Over the next few years, relatives and close women persuaded her to participate in all kinds of competitions, but she did not feel confident enough for this.
The woman admitted that when she was still a teenager, doctors encouraged her to exercise more because she was often tired, anxious and very shy. Linda didn’t like team sports, so she tried to practice in her parents’ basement.
Most of all I liked strength training, and I focused on them. They helped me feel stronger and more confident. I read thematic literature and moved in this direction.
After ten years of working out at home, Linda found the courage to join the gym because she felt her options were limited.
I have always been drawn to images in magazines and on TV of strong women who look healthy and fit, and I really wanted to do the same with my body. In addition, I wanted to set an example for my children to be strong and self-confident.
Linda first took part in the show at 51, and now she is a five-time bodybuilding champion. Now Linda feels more confident than ever and thanks her husband for that.
My husband likes the way I look. He knows that other men are constantly staring at me and often trying to flirt with me, but this does not bother him. He is confident in our relationship and does not particularly comment on such situations.
Linda admits that not everyone likes her figure, but this does not bother the woman.
Sometimes I get criticized for being too big. For this reason, I was denied modeling agencies. But most people, both men, and women, speak. I have great arms and shoulders. Although there are guys who say, they say, you have more biceps than me.
The woman encourages everyone to follow their dreams, regardless of the circumstances.
