Even despite the pandemic, Chan continued to actively act in new films. And in early April, it became known that Jackie Chan would become the new Deadpool in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. The actor was chosen for this role thanks to his funny tricks, humor and fight choreography – with this celebrity will be able to compensate for the ban on brutal and violent battles, due to the age rating of the films.
As the actor himself said in an interview, during the filming he repeatedly found himself on the verge of life and death. For example, while working on the 2020 film Vanguard: Arctic Wolves, Jackie Chan almost drowned when his jet ski was trapped under a rock. At that moment, he convinced himself not to panic, and was soon rescued by a movie staff.
He is considered one of the high-priced actor in the world. Nevertheless, in an interview, the actor stated that he had already made a will, according to which at least half of his fortune would be given to charity. Jackie bequeathed this money to the foundation he founded, which helps needy teenagers.
