The boy graduated from college at the age of 14, but his parents do not see anything special in this. In their family there are children and smarter

American Ian Taylor Schlitz from Texas can be safely called a child prodigy: he is only 14 years old, but he has already graduated from college, while his peers are just starting to study in high school. Although some of his peers can not only learn algebra, but also repair anti-aircraft weapons. As Ian explained, in 2014, his parents took him out of a regular school at the age of eight, so that he studied at his own pace the way he wanted. As a result, in four years he managed to master the entire school curriculum and even enter the local campus of Terrarant County College. Then he was only 12 years old.

In September 2020, Ian boasts of being a college graduate as well as the president of his own kid’s video game tournament company, Kidlamity Gaming.

But he failed to impress his parents with his successes. At least Ian’s accomplishments didn’t come as a surprise to them, as this is their second child to do this.

The trailblazer was older sister Ian Haley, who graduated from high school at 13 and then college, after which she received her bachelor’s degree from Texas Woman’s University at 16.

Hailey is now the youngest female law student at Research Southern Methodist University. It was her example that inspired Ian to pursue his education so diligently.

I learned a lot from watching Hailey and her education. When I started attending college classes, Hailey helped me organize my schedule at the start of the semester. She showed me how to skillfully use time management,” the graduate said.

And Schlitz is definitely not going to stop there. He is currently studying at the University of North Texas, where he plans to get a bachelor’s degree, and after that he is going to go to business school or get a degree in medicine.
