The boy made his fortune at the lemonade stand. And all this in order to cheer up my mother after the death of his father.

Six-year-old Brady Campbell from Denver to earn some money to spend time with his mother and comfort her after the death of his father. For this, the boy had to discover his entrepreneurial gift and launch his own small lemonade business.

Brandon, the boy’s father, died of cancer on July 7, 2019. Initially, it was he who suggested to his son the idea of \u200b\u200bselling lemonade. After all, they both had an important plan.

It was my dad and my idea to make a lemonade stand to take mom out on a date. I didn’t have enough money, and I wanted to pay myself, so I did it,” Brady shared.

Despite the tragic event, the boy nevertheless started his own business, because now he had a new incentive – he wanted to honor the memory of his father and console his mother.

On the first day, a policeman drove past the kiosk, who called his colleagues on the radio and explained the situation. At the same time, other police officers and firefighters went to Brady’s to get some soft drinks, so the guy managed to earn $ 244 (about 15 thousand rubles) in a day.

Amanda, the boy’s mother, was very touched by this gesture at a difficult time for their family. In addition, she was very impressed that Brady showed his father’s entrepreneurial talent.

Brandon was a seasoned businessman and he wanted to teach Brady everything he knew. And I see it happening. It warms the soul a lot.

As a result, an Internet version of the kiosk was created on the GoFundMe crowdfunding site. All donations from there go to medical cancer research and Amanda and Brady’s future “dates”. The campaign has already raised nearly $34,000  out of a total of $50,000.

For the first time, the son took his mother to a cafe to eat sushi and ice cream. Brady hopes they will do this every Friday from now on.

Perhaps we will have such “dates” every Friday night. We always did this with Brandon, so I think we will start doing this again and spend time together, – said Amanda.
