Triplets instead of twins: White parents gave birth to black triplets

Aaron and Rachel Halbert always knew that soon they would have to open the doors of their home to foster children. For them, this act is a kind of alternative to abortion for those mothers who do not want to raise children.

In addition, young people resolutely declared that they would never refuse to adopt black children.

According to them, many black children who are abandoned by their parents remain in orphanages precisely because of the color of their skin.

One day, the couple learned about a program called the National Embryo Donation Center. Its essence lies in the fact that the hospital accepts children who were supposed to undergo abortions.

So, the couple chose two “black” embryos and implanted. But what happened after that will definitely leave an impression on you.

At the time, Aaron and Rachel were living in Honduras as missionaries. Six weeks after the embryos were implanted, they went for an ultrasound.

When the doctor looked at the monitor, he was shocked. The woman had not two, but three embryos in her stomach.

“It was nice to see and realize that almost all of our friends and family members expressed great support for our decision,” says Aaron. ‘’All we wanted to do was realize our dream and give life to those who were not destined to be born…’’

‘’We planned this decision 12 years ago when we first started living together.

We are extremely grateful that fate has given us such a great opportunity to fulfill our dream!
